The running lights on the truck were not working because the previous driver turn the switch off. The owner of J. Dawg embroidery shop was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. She provided excellent service I appreciate her professionalism.

Was to get a extension to get the truck back But was charged anyway for a extra day. Even after not getting truck on time, Still had to return it on time, fell t was a a charge to get more money even thou they did not do what I was told they would.

We were NOT told about the extra charges, we were NOT told about the $100 deposit. It took over 20 minutes for her to fill out the information. The sign said 19.95 and she told us 29.95
