This location was in a gated lot.and 25 minutes away from our moving location. We had scheduled a location closer to the condo, but was reassigned to this location. While the self check-in was easy to follow, it was a long process. The additional time needed to get to the location and back along with the check-in, caused us to miss 30 minutes of our one hour timeframe to use the service elevator.
