Nothing, best experience renting a trailer. Very professional and made renting a trailer painless. A+++++
Brett DI had questions about tolls that they couldn’t answer. In truth, automatic tolling should be explained in the contract. Still waiting on a bill for the tolls, and I will not be happy if additional charges are added.
James MFriendly and helpful with attaching the trailer.

johnny qThe staff here was awesome and friendly.
Chris DThe staff member was amazing. Kind. Friendly. The truck sucked. Slow to speed up. And most important. Slow to stop. I was almost in accident on freeway twice due to other car getting in front of me and hard braking
Jackie BThis location was conveniently located with a spacious parking lot making drop off easy. I arrived shortly before closing time and the manager of the site was quick to get a hi-lo to unhook the trailer and let me get on my way quickly.
Lynn MLied about gas mileage and overcharged me.
Dean SWould not recommend by association with the pick up location. HOWEVER, the young lady who checked us in was beyond helpful and did all she could to help. SHE did her job well.
Rhonda KLove this place! The Guy who checked us out was friendly and great to chat with.
DAVID JVery courteous and easy to work with
