The employee didn't seem to know what he was doing. Your system was down and all he could say was come back later. Also when we dropped the trailer off he insisted that the trailer be repositioned. I prefer to work with a main store rather than a satellite. I had worked with Terry at the East St store and would liked to work with him again. If and when I need another trailer if you send me to the Madison Ave location I'll go somewhere else to rent a trailer.
