the return process was very inconvenient when using the app. It would not let me enter my card information. It kept saying "Error, there was an issue saving your card info". Otherwise, everything was great.

Location wasn't open and called the number wasnt to much of a help

BRYAN BThey were undergoing some construction, but that didn't hinder the rental. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful during the rental process. A great experience! U-Haul's website failed at check in so the rental stayed active for an extra 2 days while they were closed, but that is a U-Haul issue and probably cost me more money. That was a huge disappointment. I'll be reaching out.
