I am furious with U-Haul. They made me wait an hour at one location then made me drive to different location and then made me wait another hour because they did not know how to do their job now I was told I was gonna get a discount and then I was gonna I was told. I was gonna get another discount for the other inconvenience, and they still charged me a full amount. I didn’t get my trailer until two hours and a half later . Then when I was originally supposed to get it.

More clarity on pricing. I did not receive the price I was quoted initially. The tank had less than a quarter tank of gas when I got it and we returned it at the same amount but was charged a gasoline fee. Once I received my bill I called to dispute these problems and got no answer and no response. Worst experience!!!!

Jerry and his mom were amazing!! Very helpful and communicated very well, I was trying to get a uhaul at the last minute ( I know ) and he kept in touch soon as the one I needed arrived, much love!!

The area was very dangerous. The truck was clean, but had a major exhaust leak, pulled to the right, and was not running well. This caused the fuel mileage to be very poor. Worst truck I've ever rented and at the very least I should get a discount

I needed a vehicle transport trailer on very short notice. This location had the equipment I needed despite 10 other local spots being unavailable. The onsite employee was very friendly and professional and even helped me by hooking the trailer up. Thank you.
