The service at this location located in houston Texas, on Cullen BLVD was a good experience. Mom and son operated, i had an easy time, in and out.👍No Hassel, answered all questions even when the site was down before I left the property. The young man by the name JJ. Knows his stuff. Having a hectic day he was refreshing to assist and it helped me to wind down. Every question I had he was able to reply with the correct answer. Definitely an asset to the company and the establishment. Keep up the good work. Thank you for all you do.

Tyrone JEverything was great and I even had a nail in my tire after I loaded the trailer. I contacted customer service and they had someone come out and change the tire and put a brand new tire , was there in less than 1 hour I truly appreciate JJ Southern Auto Spa for helping me and my family get moved Thanks so much !!!!
Chaston HI’m writing because I don’t understand why I was charged $500 for a trailer I had in my possession for less than 24 hours. That price feels completely out of line with the length of the rental, and nothing in the process made it clear I’d be paying that much for such a short window of use. I’d genuinely like an explanation of how this total was calculated, and a breakdown of every charge. If any portion of it is a mistake or an unnecessary add-on, I’d expect it to be refunded. As it stands, this doesn’t feel like fair value, and it’s left me hesitant to rent from U-Haul again.
