JASPER HI loved the "virtual pick up", we were able to get the truck before the store opened and it worked out great! The only thing is I was not able to upload pictures as requested, kept getting an error, photo has not uploaded. We also were missing the moving blankets but I had added those onto the reservation the day before so may not have been noted! Great location for rental pick up! Will definitely use again!

NORMAN HBoth locations provided the best customer service from showing us how to hook up and test the trailer lights to dropping off and not knowing how to disconnect the unit. Especially since we booked last minute due to military orders.

MICHAEL GInstall a device that tells you the math for the fuel and mileage calculation. I rented one vehicle and when I paid the 20 it filled it back to exactly what I used. The van I chose consumed way less gas and that 20 damn near filled the tank when I was just 1 unit of gas dodge cargo van. So I filled it way more than I needed to.
SAMUEL PEven though the facility is in an old office trailer the service was excellent. Mohammad is very personable and friendly as well as helpful. This my go - to place for U-Haul.
SETH MI paid for a dolly but it was not on the truck and I could not get in touch with the proprietor to get it fixed. So I paid for equipment I did not have.

MOUNTAGA BHave a vehicle assigned to a reservation, so the customer doesn't have to wait 15 minutes for the owner to show up late to work. You ask us to use the app, however when you have to submit your photo ID 3 times to continue the check in step. Customer care hung up on my wife when asked if she needed anything else after the owner was late. We didnt even receive an apology for any of the inconvenience. Not asking for a lot. Just be better with reservations where you dont have to rely on someone being late. Time is valuable and limited to simple mistakes.
Daniel VI had a difficult time locating the drop-off location. WAZE locator gave insufficient information on the UHAUL location. I am still not sure if this UHAUL location was JK2Auto.

JASPER HI had a great experience with my U-Haul rental. The process was easy to use, and everything went seamlessly from start to finish. The return was quick and hassle-free, and I encountered no issues throughout. The only downside was the pickup facility, which could use some updating and cleaning as it was an older, rundown trailer. However, aside from that, everything worked perfectly. I’d definitely use U-Haul again!

MICHAEL HWhen I went to pick up my reserved truck, I noticed upon inspection that there was a low tire indicator on. I brought this to the representative's attention. He said the tire was fine, it was the sensor that wasn't working correctly. The next day, I went back with my packed U-Haul truck to get the car trailer attached and my vehicle loaded. At that time, the same tire that the sensor had flagged as low, was completely flat. I ended up waiting over an hour for the tire to be replaced before I could get underway. During this wait, I needed to use a restroom and was told to go to the gas station across the street. This could have been avoided. Additionally, this delayed cost me a hassle with the plans I had for my stopping point for the evening, as I had over 6 hours to drive to get to that point. I got on the road and struggled a lot with the way the trailer pulled. I figured it was just me not being used to the vehicle and trailer. I found out when I went to drop off that the car was not secured correctly on the trailer. The drop off agent had to literally cut the straps in order to get the car unloaded. What should have taken only 5 minutes to accomplish, ended up taking 40. The drop off agent was apologetic for having to charge me for something I could have done myself, had the car been secured correctly. As it was, the drop off agent had a very difficult time trying to untangle and unhook the car with the way it was improperly attached. Due to this, I am asking to be reimbursed for the cost of unloading the car, and to be compensated for the time lost with a flat tire, that was clearly indicated it was an issue. I also want to receive a percentage off of my invoice due to the difficult time I encountered with the trailer not towing the way it should had it been attached correctly to the U-Haul truck. I noticed another U-Haul truck and trailer while I was traveling and that trailer was much closer to the U-Haul truck. That would have made maneuvering much easier while stopping for gas etc.
