I placed my order for the trailer in plenty of time for the Annapolis location, two days before pick up, I received a text changing the location. This is after I was approved for keeping the trailer for 15 days. This location is not convenient.

FLOYD BWasn't made aware of the "$15 cleaning " charge that was over 10 percent of my bill. I left the trailer clean and did not appreciate the extra charge.
Joseph SThe computer system was not working and there was a line. Had to wait 30 min. The salesman was very patient and kind. It was completely out of his hands, but UHaul (the company);should have given a discount for the wait and inconvenience.
