Wasn't made aware of the "$15 cleaning " charge that was over 10 percent of my bill. I left the trailer clean and did not appreciate the extra charge.

The computer system was not working and there was a line. Had to wait 30 min. The salesman was very patient and kind. It was completely out of his hands, but UHaul (the company);should have given a discount for the wait and inconvenience.
