Changing my reservation time to 9:30 Then they change truck to 15 ft instead 10ft Truck was not clean at all I’ve never had experience like this before with u-haul

ARVEL HIt was easy and the worker was laidback
brandon mApp was not working to provide confirmation of tag, milage, fuel. Rental had 62 miles to empty, not a big deal, i returned with 70 miles to empty, check engine light came on half way through trip, then electrical issues, abs, advance trac service flahing over every bump in the road.
