I only drove 10 miles and I was charged for 50 miles. Employees should listen to customer when the tory to show them the mileage. I took a picture when I parked and the employee refused to look at it or verify it by going out to the truck. He just charged me for 50 miles when I only drove 10 miles.

Kelvin HI placed my order for the trailer in plenty of time for the Annapolis location, two days before pick up, I received a text changing the location. This is after I was approved for keeping the trailer for 15 days. This location is not convenient.
