I’ve been charged twice I had card when I was booking but upon returning the truck, I was told they couldn’t charge the card so I have to provide a new card. Came home and realized I’ve been charged twice on both cards. I also filled the tank full but when I picked the truck, the fuel was only 1/4. I asked for refund but he said I should call U-Haul directly.
