Needed furniture pads and this location had none. Jerry called the Harlem Avenue location that did have them- only a few miles away, but an extra stop. Would have been easier to pick up the truck and pads at this location. Other then that, the 15ft truck worked great for the one way rental. Drop off was very convenient.

Staff was helpful and quick
Marshall JLocation is a bit hard to find, inside an industrial area. When I located the van I was to use, it was boxed in between two other cars, not even an inch between them, so it was impossible to get the car out. No clear indication if there was any on-site rep or manager to help. Called support, who tried reaching out to them, and they couldn't. After I left the location believing I would be redirected for my rental, they eventually got a hold of the manager, who helped me get the car out. Wasted a lot of time, made me late for the pick up that I rented the truck for.
