Location is a bit hard to find, inside an industrial area. When I located the van I was to use, it was boxed in between two other cars, not even an inch between them, so it was impossible to get the car out. No clear indication if there was any on-site rep or manager to help. Called support, who tried reaching out to them, and they couldn't. After I left the location believing I would be redirected for my rental, they eventually got a hold of the manager, who helped me get the car out. Wasted a lot of time, made me late for the pick up that I rented the truck for.
