It took 40 minutes to check out the truck! Clerk was Facetiming someone for help and eventually another clerk arrived to help. The app seemed to be having glitches, and that clerk ended up completing checkout over the phone. Also, truck only had 1/4 of a tank of fuel on checkout. We returned it with just under half a tank and UHaul charged additional $30 Fuel Surcharge, plus random $7 fuel charge fee. The only expense that was accurately computed was for the 36 miles we drove. Math isn’t mathing. What should have totalled under $100 came up to over $170
