Efosa AWe drove 30 mins to drop off after hours (because it closes at 3pm) like the app says we can. When we arrived there was a locked gate. Called customer service who had no way of getting us in. Thankfully a storage unit customer let us in. Then the app wouldn’t work to let me finish uploading the photos. Not sure why we couldn’t drop off at Midland location- where we live.

Grant EIn this location I had a wonderful experience, the lady who received me was an amazing human being, she guided me, taught me, and helped me to have the trailer safely attached to the car. She even helped me find the adapter for the lights that I didn't have at the time. Compared to the location in the BARRIE which is terrible in terms of organization and customer service. A thousand and one times I would choose JAMES SNOW NORTH SELF STORAGE.

Frank HNot sure, it’s the best Uhaul service ever experienced.Not our first rental in Coldwater but this time was exceptional from friendly efficient service in a comfy new office complete with chairs , for customers, to technical service beyond the call of duty in making my rusted tow piece take the older ball connection & attaching trailer professionally.She was again helpful when we returned the trailer. Past rentals in Ottawa & other locations cannot compare and could use Coldwater as an example of how the service should be operated. We’ll done, thank you, Bruce Burgess

Recommendations to consider for cube vans: - keep padlock on rolling door well lubricated with silicone spray (especially in winter months when there is lots of grit on roads) - check and lubricate rolling door mechanism, the unit I had was stiff to open/close.
