The only issue i had was where uhaul wanted me to drop the truck off. Not convenient. I called the number for the main office and was on hold for 1 hour before I could speak to someone about changing my drop off location. The pick up and drop off locations were awesome to deal with, just the main office for the uhaul district was terrible to deal with. I can not knock the locations for this but I can not leave a rating for the district office. For some reason you want us to only rate pick up and drop off. I would recommend that you add a rating for the district office so customers can rate that experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWillia is lovely and very attentive to our business needs. This is the 2nd rental we have done with Willia and the care and attention she provides our business means we will definitely return and recommend her to others.
CRAIG MThe staff at this location was amazing. She was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I will definitely be renting from this location again. Best experience that I have had with a rental company.

Gary FIt is always a pleasure to deal with the Coldwater location (James Snow North Storage). She is always friendly and very helpful. It was a nice surprise to see that the trailer we rented had a drop down back also. This made it so easy to load our things.
