WAYNE BNot the attendant's fault (she was amazing, helping us connect the trailer and confirming the wiring worked properly), but the lot was very muddy and needs gravel. Thanks!
JAMES WThis rental was very inconvenient! Initially the trailer was rented from Barrie. When I arrived to pick it up the trailer has no working lights and wires were hanging from the rear so it was not road worthy. The nearest location with availability was an hour detour one way. No compensation was offered for this. Equipment really needs to be looked over between rentals to ensure safety and being road worthy.
