Maurice PI was charged for a couple of miles which I can deal with, but I was supposed to return the truck with a half tank of gas. I returned the truck with three quarters of a tank of gas, but I didn't get credit for that. I feel UHaul was petty with the miles and greedy seeing that they got more gas upon return of the truck, but didn't try to reimburse me for the expense of the extra gas.

Then when I got there it was a pleasant experience to pick van up with her and a man she was training. The drop off went smoothly and once again she was very pleasant. I will recommend that location to others and use it myself if needed in the future.

James WWho ever used the trailer before me didn’t clean it out and it had screws, stripped wire, metal shavings and smelled like a metal workshop. Not sure if the trailer was overlooked by the dealer but the people who had it before me should have been Charged for their mess.
JOSHUA RThe guy was trying to charge me for a full tank when we returned the uhaul with a full tank I have pictures as well. When I ask for a Manger the guy refused to call his boss and when ibsaid I wasn't leaving till he did call his boss then he threaten to call the cops we got into it and he charged at me like he was going to hit. Me . This is very unprofessional and makes me not want to use uhaul ever again . I am so disappointed on how I was treated . This place should not be contracted with uhaul it looks bad on uhaul .

christine eWas charged twice once was for 116.87 Then I was charged again when I dropped the truck off with more fuel in it than it had when I picked it up that time I was charged was 52.45 making it 169.32 then they credited 40.61 when I called them the next day about it saying oh the first one is just a hold it’ll be released but it wasn’t they fucked me over and took all of it I have the transactions on my statement

Cheryl CThe AC didn’t work! And I t was 95 degrees!!! The brakes really needed maintenance and the oil light was constantly on! I was concerned about the truck either not stopping effectively so I drove slower. If I wasn’t under a time constraint, I would have returned the truck for another. But it got the job done. Uhaul should have paid me for driving that darn truck!

Brandi CThe truck was almost out of fuel, the inside of the truck had sticky substance all over the floor, the back was full of dirt and had to be cleaned out before I could load anything in it. When I checked the oil it was almost 2 quarts low and the check engine and low oil light was on, it was also low on coolant. When I checked the truck back in they didn't verify anything and that's why these trucks are in this condition.

joseph wI clearly stated on the day of rental/last night upon return, I did not want the bank card that Julia required to be on file charged. The clerk stated upon my return last night I would'nt be checked out until Friday morning, because they are closed today on Thursdays and she couldn't check me out. I told her there was not enough funds on that card. She gave me a business card and told me to call back Friday morning to speak with the Clerk who will be processing the payment. I asked her did she want a photo of the correct card, she said no. The clerk stated meantime she would text the payment processor to let her know I would be paying with a different card on Friday. They used the wrong card today Thursday now there is a -186. That card payment needs to be canceled, funds need to be returned to rhat bank card, and the payment processor needs to call for the correct card in order to receive the payment in full as I was told that she would... hattie cHighly recommended and would definitely go back here again. The manager here was so accommodating when my reservation was switched here from my original location and he let me come in and pick up my rental even though the store technically wasn't open yet. That gesture saved me an important 30 minutes of my crazy move day and is so appreciated.
Andrew RThis location not only was incredible, they saved the day as I went to another location where the individuals did not show up, nor did they assign me a code to get my equipment or was even able to get ahold of anyone at that location. The location was A Better Self Storage 3073 S Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80916. They are GARBAGE. There were 8 people standing outside waiting for UHAUL help and no one ever showed up. I am going to write more about that location, but J and J Games N Hobbies saved the day along with an individual named Andrea at another location who helped two of us standing outside of the storage place. Her number was 719-355-7742, but Im not sure what store she was located. Im going to write corporate for this issue and hopefully the storage place will lose its UHAUL affiliation. Thank you. Edward HThe truck was supposed to be half full and was 1/8 full. I called uhaul and they said just return it with what was in it. I’ve now been charged extra money to fill the tank even though I didn’t have that gas to begin with. Very disappointed and will not be renting again.

I was on a limited time schedule for my move and had to take an Uber to the new location almost 20 miles away at the last minute causing me to have even less time for my move. They did reimburse me for the Uber but I would have given a higher rating of I had been told earlier my pickup location has changed

Shane FI agent charged my $1400 over the price of my rental and said it was a computer glitch. He refunded me the money but when I asked for discount for the mistake since I won’t see the money for about a week. He told me I had already closed the contract and he would have to open a new one to give me a discount which would charge me again. It was a pretty terrible experience and I’m still waiting to hear back if they can give me a discount or something for charging me $1400.
KENNETH WI was charged for a dolly I didn’t use because the truck didn’t have a ram. I was ripped off by the owner Jason for 7.00 dollars. I will my family and friends know not to use this location.

Richard SWhen setting up the contract, the drop off location was incorrectly entered in the system. This caused some hassle and additional charges during equipment drop off, but after some effort and coordination the issue was resolved.
Lance BWhile the location and workers were clean and helpful....UHaul in general was not. I was scheduled to return the equipment at a local site (within 1 mile of my house). After I paid people to load and started on our move across country I got a call from UHaul stating my drop off location was changed. I stated this was NOT acceptable. Both options were over an hour drive. She stated she could give me options that were further away. REALLY???????? She stated she could not refund any funds because I had already paid. This is not ok. I was able to negotiate a gas stipend and extra days because I now had to find someone to take off of work to get me and bring me home. Got moved and almost to the location I agreed to....my son double checked the text message and it stated I was to return it to a different location!? NOT COOL UHAUL. I ended up driving a total of 6 HOURS out of the way to return the equipment for THEIR convenience. Never again will I use UHAUL.
