I was very upset to be told I have to take my safety concerns "up with corporate" because Uhaul doesn't include a trailer pin in their installation. I had to go buy one of my own to ensure my property wasn't damaged and me and other passengers wouldn't be harmed due to malfunction or certain road conditions that could cause the trailer to become unattached from the vehicle that could be prevented with a pin. I understand they have the black spring mechanism to prevent this, but a big enough bump and its coming off and taking my vehicle down with it. I was also told I could drop off at any Uhaul location within my respective city, but then I called before taking it and they told me I needed to go to a specific location, so there is miscommunication on someone's part. All in all, I got to my location safely, but thats because I went to Lowes and got a trailer lock pin myself.

Give your customers trucks that don't show the check engine light upon turning the vehicle on for a 16 hour drive.
Michael JDo not automatically have customers be forced to use “Truck Share”. It caused unnecessary delay and the staff could not assist me. Let the staff at this location have the ability to assist.
Breanna WThis location was great and staff was super helpful and easy to work with. Biggest issue I ran into was uhaul front desk and customer service sending me to 4 different locations for two pieces of equipment and not being able to meet my reservation times at all and then getting annoyed when I want a refund since they(uhaul) couldn’t have equipment reserved or set aside as specified per the contract between myself and uhaul. Most definitely will recommend folks use uhaul’s third parties or go somewhere else entirely bc uhaul’s actual stores and customer service policies are terrible. Made me spend extra money and delayed me 8 hours getting not even all the equipment I reserved.
