This location was great and staff was super helpful and easy to work with. Biggest issue I ran into was uhaul front desk and customer service sending me to 4 different locations for two pieces of equipment and not being able to meet my reservation times at all and then getting annoyed when I want a refund since they(uhaul) couldn’t have equipment reserved or set aside as specified per the contract between myself and uhaul. Most definitely will recommend folks use uhaul’s third parties or go somewhere else entirely bc uhaul’s actual stores and customer service policies are terrible. Made me spend extra money and delayed me 8 hours getting not even all the equipment I reserved.

Employees were rude, trucks steering was very loose causing it to sway a lot

LINCOLN Eprices are not same as displayed. I paid $155 for a few hours in town to put things in a storage unit.
