ERICA BUnfortunately the U-HAUL website did NOT work for me to do an online check in. Fortunately , the store/location was able to figure out how to help get us checked in and get the truck even though they shouldn’t have had to. We were very panicked that we wouldn’t be able to get truck due to website issues which apparently is t uncommen. I do not recommend online reservation and check in

ROBERT BConcerning the "Rental Pick Up Location", we began our trip in Pueblo, CO (actually Pueblo West). We went to the UHaul location at 4030 Carruth Ct, Pueblo, CO 81008. We did that due to being located in Pueblo and that fact it was open on Sunday and we were going to be really pressed for time. We told the representative at that location that we were going to be out of town, returning for one day only, and would be picking up the rented trailer on that day, Sunday, December 8th. When we arrived at the pick up time, we were told the trailer was actually in Fountain, CO!! So, the time/distance required to pick up the trailer was 77.4 miles!! We weren't happy campers! The folks at the actual pick up site were VERY nice, efficient, and got us on our way as quickly as reasonably possible!

Dennis FOver the past year, for many reasons, we have rented at least 5 U-Hauls from different vendors across Colorado Springs. This time was hands down the best experience of them all! The process was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend using them.

Richard BEveryone was so helpful! I didn't start off at this location. Originally I tried to rent in-person at 4725 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80919 and Jesse helped me find another location. He was amazing!! The folks that we actually rented from were amazing too!!
doug rCustomer service was excellent. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient with my dumb phone (I don't have a smart phone). But they made the experience as pleasant and easy as possible.
Rebecca LEntire cost upfront. This location does not provide paper receipts. You pay even if you bring back 24 hours early. Not doing this again.
Kent NHad no issues. I did everything on line minus couple things but the store helped me. Staff was friendly.
Maurice PI was charged for a couple of miles which I can deal with, but I was supposed to return the truck with a half tank of gas. I returned the truck with three quarters of a tank of gas, but I didn't get credit for that. I feel UHaul was petty with the miles and greedy seeing that they got more gas upon return of the truck, but didn't try to reimburse me for the expense of the extra gas.
