Windshield wipers were bad. Truck needed alignment. Kept pulling to the left. Back of the storage truck was wet. Looked like they sprayed it down and didn’t dry it. I had to wipe it down before I could put my furniture in it. Was disappointed that there was under 1/2 tank of gas in it. I had to fill it up before I started my 11hour drive.

Original reservation was made over 1 month ago at Supercars in Metuchen location. I arrived and they did not have any trucks available. We had to call U-Haul to have the location switched to this one. Upon arrival, the lock to the reserved van at J and M would not unlock! Therefore I had to get another van at this location. Overall terrible experience that made a stressful day more stressful than it should have been.

I like to have a full gas tank when I start so I don’t have to guess how much to fill it to get to the level I started with.
Otherwise, I have used this location many times and always find the owners helpful and courteous.
