The staff at reception were welcoming and supportive, speaking with kindness. I appreciated their service.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkUntil I return the truck, my experience was awesome, but the truck returning experience using the website "https://www.uhaul.com" was extremely horrible. Yesterday I along with my son spent almost close to 2 hours to take the photos and upload them in the website while returning the truck. Some AI in that website was constantly giving us error saying that photo is not proper and upload the photos again. In that process, we moved the truck to a different parking spot as well for better viewing to take the photos, but no respite. At the end, with lot of anger and frustration, I just left hope and I could not submit the photos. I just left it as it is. From different angles inside and outside, so many photos they ask for and everytime, it was giving error for the photos and it was not uploading it. They should make the truck returning process/experience absolutrely simple. We have wasted close to 2 hours without any positive outcome. I am not sure whether I will even take or suggest U-Haul anyone with this Horrendous experience.
