Horrific UX all around for the check in process. Why prompt me to upload photos of my license ahead of time if I’m just going to need to do it again at actual check in? The overall check in process is extremely drawn out and poor service at this location added to the frustration. Very long wait from finishing check in to actually getting confirmation that I could go get the key. I was also given no indication of where my vehicle was - interesting since when dropping off I was prompted to take a photo so the next customer could see where to find it - I was never shown a photo when picking up and had to go hunting for the vehicle around the lot. Overall just a lot of friction in this process.
