Maurice AThe owner at Japo Auto Parts was rude!! He over charged me for the rental and the reservation I did online says 24hour rental, which would’ve made my return time 12:30pm, he stated I Had to bring it back no later than 8:30am or I will be charged another day. When speaking to him he was VERY condescending and wouldn’t let me speak. I will NOT be using this location again.
Versache BClev, the owner of Japo Auto Parts is a man that goes above and beyond for his customers. Not only is he genuine, he cares about his work and is a stellar businessman. Clev wastes no time and effort, and is efficient. When the reserved truck was not at his location and was at another, he personally went and retrieved the truck for us and handled the transfer and dealt with customer service to ensure a smooth transition. Despite being delayed due to the error on the person who dropped off the truck, we were so satisfied with his customer service that It didn't impact us at all. I will only use him as a U-Haul provider whenever I need one in Broward County, and will be recommending him to all I know who needs a rental.

SHERI BIf I could include photos I would. The outside of uhaul truck was fully stained yellow, the inside was full of chip crumbs, empty snack bags, sugar on the ground, steering wheel was sticky, seats were stained and had lots of food crumbs on them. The cab itself had a very odd odor that stayed throughout the entire drive (1,466 miles). There was a check engine light the entire time as well. Overall 0/10 experience getting a truck from this place

MICHAEL MI understand mistakes happen but I requested a I am moving Dolly being I was moving heavy furniture however when I got to the truck it was not there. I also was called by the owner to ask what time I will be returning the truck because he has another customer who needs it but I made reservations for the truck for 24 hours. He claim he did not see the time for my reservation in the system and proceeded to make it like I had an attitude! Being a business owner he have to have the boundaries when it come to his customers. The location was a convenience but the process was HELL!

GLAISTER JI reserved a dolly on my booking and when I came to pick up the van at the location they did not have a dolly. This made my moving a little difficult because I had to used up a lot of man power to lift the furnitures.
