How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had a good experience until the end . I dont like how this new system works . I was finished with the truck and wanted to return the the truck at a location that was walking distance for where I finished my destination but I was inconvenience and was bullied into returning the truck to another location that wasn't in my area. when I rent a truck I dont like to pay and inconvenience at the same time and told where to bring the truck when im walking distance from one of your main locations. I really would appreciate it yall correct this because it not good for a paying customer to be given the run around in 1000 degree weather j2

Maurice AThe owner at Japo Auto Parts was rude!! He over charged me for the rental and the reservation I did online says 24hour rental, which would’ve made my return time 12:30pm, he stated I Had to bring it back no later than 8:30am or I will be charged another day. When speaking to him he was VERY condescending and wouldn’t let me speak. I will NOT be using this location again.
