I received no instructions on the truck. I had already driven a U-Haul truck before, so for someone just starting, it would be advisable. Also, there were signs in the truck for a 25% off if the truck came back clean. I cleaned out even roaches from the last driver. It was spotless. I was also charged for two gallons. Also, for 5/ gal. Nowhere is regular 5/ gal. In Jasper, tx. I filled up to where the line said full. I was late and should be charged due to the unestimated time it took us to load and unload. Just not happy with the credit not applied when the truck was cleaner than when I picked it up and the stupid 2 gal. Change fpr gas.
