I was very upset I had to pick up the rental a day earlier and an hour away from Bloomington where I had booked my reservation for. Booked reservation over a month ahead of time. We were on a tight window for the 30th to move so had no choice but to pick up a day earlier. Then this screwed us on the return which was another issue. Because picked up I day earlier I had to have it back a day earlier and thus had to unload it in the rain to get in back on time. In addition when they called to tell me i couldn't pick up in Bloomington and he changed the reservation I was driving and asked multiple times if the dro offlocatiob eas the same. He said it was. He LIED. I had to take it further away and to a place that was closed. I had chosen the location for the return on my initial reservation because it was close and they were open. I don't appreciate how your employees switch things to where they want and lie about it on top of it. You need to really fix your customer service.

Kawalawu LThis place is not what I expected. The owner operator treats this business as scam model and charge unnecessary charges. I didn’t use dolly, they charge for dolly, I just transported tv and there was single piece of styrofoam which was about 3 inches and they charge me 25$
Shivek kThe employee didn't seem to know what he was doing. Your system was down and all he could say was come back later. Also when we dropped the trailer off he insisted that the trailer be repositioned. I prefer to work with a main store rather than a satellite. I had worked with Terry at the East St store and would liked to work with him again. If and when I need another trailer if you send me to the Madison Ave location I'll go somewhere else to rent a trailer.
