Well let me start by saying I specifically requested a different location because the website said I was confirmed for a 8 am pickup. The day before pickup I was told it was now going to be at a different location and couldn’t pick it up until 10 am. This was bullss$$. Then I get a call on the day of my rental that the drop off location has changed because they were full. Not my problem. But it was. Very disappointed in the unorganized system your company has.

Robert NothstineFirst of all, I couldn't at all find the place as it was operating out of an insurance company on a strip mall. Drove right past it, googled U-Haul again, drove ten minutes across town to where it said to go only to then call the shop and discover it was operating out of JC insurance. When I finally found the place, they didn't have the appliance dolly (or any dolly at all) that I reserved. The woman walked me through the office to the back area, gave me the keys and closed the door which locked behind her. No walk around, no thank you, no instructions of how to return, no walk around inspection, no apologies for not having the dolly, nothing. Oddest U-Haul experience ever.
Shannon WatsonWhen called a person over the phone seemed to be very rude. If the person doesn’t like his job why doesn’t he just quit or look for another job. The lady who helped us was very nice. The gentleman with gray hair and glasses maybe needs to get retrained when dealing with customers.
wayne russellThe Vehicle was absolutely disgusting and the truck was beat up. I had to dispute all U-Hauls pre pick up pictures and the inside was covered in dog hair. The lady inside didn’t ever tell me a total and charged me for a package I didn’t want costing me an extra $70. The customer service was absolutely terrible and the fact that the truck was disgusting made the whole experience all the worse. I wasn’t able to pick the truck up via my phone like I was supposed too due to U-Haul not having the address of the location correctly in there system. Upon dropping the truck off I couldn’t return it via the app which led to having to try and get ahold of the area manager which was not a pleasant experience. For her being the face of the company for those locations her customer service skills were extremely poor. I am extremely irritated and aggravated about the whole experience. I won’t be using U-Haul in the ever again especially with other truck rental companies being available and much easier to deal with!

chris williamsThere was a miscommunication and the dealer assured me I would receive my cash deposit back when I dropped the uhaul off. That was incorrect and had I been made aware of that, I would of chose an alternate method of payment. It was frustrating.

DOUGLAS CHINN24/7 truck share feature did not work, location sharing registered me as if I was elsewhere, equipment was dirty and extremely damaged—especially for being a newer model. Cost definitely goes way beyond the $19.99 advertised price.
