Poor customer service. Truck was very dirty, dirt/mud everywhere. The cup holders were sticky, trash in the door. Have the people who rent uhauls CARE about what they're doing.

The gentleman at the Los lunas location was grouchy. He wasn't very helpful or courteous at any part of the transaction. I ask about blanksts he said all he had was six and had no solution to my problem.. he was so short with and I spoke with him several times in two days. Dealing with getting a trailer or not and called to get my refund and he told me to call uhaul he wasn't going to deal with it.

Although the truck was clean. It was very hard to maneuver. It needs some kind of repair to the front axle. I have driven the 26ft truck and did not have the troubles I had driving this 10ft one.

We had an old lock that needed WD-40, of which our mechanic/uhaul dealer suggested we use to get the lock loosened up ourselves. Normally, people dont carry around WD-40. I didnt mind, but it would of saved some time and effort from both parties if the lock was either replaced or oiled up before send off. A lot of other customers would give a bad lock and a wait time a bad review whether they got the roadside assistance or not.

This was a terrible experience. Nothing that we got from U-Haul was what it was supposed to be. The the battery on the truck died, the air-conditioner didn't work, they got the wrong mileage so they wanted to charge us for 3000 extra miles it was awful. I will never use U-Haul again for anything!!

Thank the Lord for this location because the other Uhaul location had our booking for two weeks and called us 20 minutes before we wee to pick up our 26' truck and they screwed us over and gave it to someone else. JCR had a 15' truck. They were very nice, but it took us twice as long, more mileage to pay for and except for the wonderful people at JCR we would have been unable to move out of out house as the 22nd was the ONLY day we could move. Overall I love this location, but Uhaul overall is horrible and we will never use them again. Seriously, they knew 20 minutes before we needed to pick up the truck? We confirmed with no loess than four different people two days before, then one day before, then that morning, And then when we called the original location, the people they gave it to weren't even picking it up until that afternoon! The regional lady that called us (not even the location) apologized but offered us nothing except a small truck and a big screw you! Thanks for nothing U-haul. Only JCR Self Storage and our community helped us move. Patheitic.

Rented 3 dozen moving pads and one bag was so wet it could not be used. Others were damp but used them. Location is closed on Sunday so was unable to return.

The gentleman where I picked up the truck was friendly. He wasn't able to get his computer to work. He wrote my information down to include my credit card (which made me uncomforabe). I was charged $123.00 when I picked up which I was aware of.

They are never there when they are supposed to be. They called me to change my pick up time because their employee had to “ work at the casino”. Same problem to return. Gates locked during business hours. Called the number listed.. “voicemail not set up”.. so I tracked down the number they called me from and spoke to a man about being unable to return because gates are locked. He said “ just leave outside the fence.” So now I have to worry it will get stolen to add to the stress. They should not be allowed to be a franchise. Same issues last time I rented. I will not use this location ever again.

We needed a 26' truck and were never sure if that was going to be available to us at a nearby location until the late afternoon before our booked date. Moving Day is a full day - we had no extra hours to start it by driving to pick up the truck as we were told we might have to do. Uhaul use to have better service than this!

The business closed at 4PM. I was not able to interact with the agent at all. I am also being charged for almost 2,100 extra miles. That is absolutely ridiculous and I will be trying to dispute this claim as soon as someone decides to help me, if it is not too inconvenient for your company.

I reserved a 26' truck 35 days before my move. Upon the week of my move I received an email stating demand was short and I would have to travel to pick up my truck. I received a call two days out from my scheduled reservation stating I would have to travel to another city 30 miles away from my location. This was a serious inconvenience and there was nothing uhaul could apparently do. Not only did this add an additional two hours of my time to my move day, but it also cost extra with fuel to pick up the truck and drive the truck back. I was extremely dissatisfied as my time and budget was of no importance to uhaul. Please have a manager contact me in regards to my experience. 915-861-2323. -Cyle Vernon.

U-Haul needs to update some of the light hookups because the lights wouldn't work on 3 different vehicles. This was our second rental and it happened both times at different rental locations

The Location is a storage facility in a rural/farm area and was as clean as it could be, but I cannot say it was "inviting" It was easily accessible and I would recommend it for anyone in the area.
