My first location didn't have the vehicle when I booked so I was asked to go to this location to pick up a similar vehicle. There was no airconditioning in the vehicle and on top of that the company has overcharged me for an additional day for no reason. After all the inconvenience of having to go to a new location (no apologies offered by the team), and then given a fault vehicle, I was subjected to a gross over charge. I would like UHAUL to take urgent action on this matter.Sameer A.

I wish the free customer service phone number would answer the phone calls in a timely manner; 45 mins plus a hang up is not acceptable for a company who has been in business for so so many years! I also wish that my online reservation wouldn't have gotten changed to a different location.Maria R.

El dia de ayer 06/30 hize reserva a traves de internet en una de las locaciones que uhaul ofrece 2020 nw 22nd street, cuando llegue a retirar, la persona que me iba atender en el frontdesk sin ser amable y de manera rapida me dijo: ya estamos cerrados!!!, yo le conteste primero sea educado, deberia saludar luego no puede decirme que esta cerrado si yo tengo una reserva, si uhaul va a cerrar una de sus locaciones deberia mantenerse alerta a modificar sus horarios de retiro y reserva a traves de la aplicacion, despues de decirle esto al empleado decidio atenderme, al parecer busco apoyo en su supervisora, despues de una paciente espera me da su telefono porque la supervisora queria darme indicaciones, esta persona al telefono no sabia que yo estaba al telefono y escuche como se quejaba y hablaba de muy mala manera, cuando ella se dio cuenta que era el cliente quien estaba al telefono me dice de manera muy despectiva que ella estaba poniendo un complaint a uhaul porque yo no deberia estar ahi retirando un vehiculo si ya estaban cerrados. Es muy desagradable sentir esa mala atencion cuando no es mi culpa, luego me llaman de uhaul para decirme que yo debia trasladarme a otra locacion de retiro y eso me molesto porque yo ya habia esperado mucho y como comprenderan el servicio que ustedes ofrecen es herramientas de.moving, es decir, el tiempo es vital e importante. A la persona que me llamo le.demostre.mi profunda incomodidad y molestia asi que decidio no moverme de locacion, despues de una epica batalla para retirar, el equipo que rente por los canales regulares que ustedes proporcionan logre al fin irme con el vehiculo. Una franquicia no solo se entrega por venderla y obtener el dinero que vale. EL VALOR AGREGADO Y EL MANTENIMIENTO DE LA REPUTACION DEL NOMBRE Y LA CASA MATRIZ DE UHAUL es importante, por ello vale mas estudiar con detenimiento a quien se le ofrece el servicio de la marca y del nombre de la corporacion, que el dinero que pueda ofrecer a quien compra la franquicia, hoy en dia la competencia es fuerte y casos como este concluyen en que, YO por ejemplo no rento mas Uhaul, me voy y escojo vivir la experiencia de un excelente servicio con otra compaÃ±ia y no pasar por tan desagradable experiencia que lo que origino fue un muy mal momento, una pesima atencion, la perdida de mi tiempo de mudanza y la importante, la no recomendacion o el comentario a quienes me rodean de que es lo que puede sucederte si intentas rentar un uhaul.barbara C.

My truck location was changed as it was not available in spite of having confirmation it was going to be there a couple of hours before. Very slow service at new location which was further away from the initial one causing delays to my moving time and the moving help I hired had to wait for me while time was running, as I had to wait for more than an hour to get my truck. bad quality of service at the time I picked up the truck and they recorded a lower level of gas when I returned the truck which resulted in an unacceptable extra charge that I'm currently disputing, generating more concerns, inconvenience specially at times when you don't need them because you are in the middle of moving.Alejandro R.

we loved the people at the office. the issue we had is returning tyhr van. THe gate was closed and there was not communication on how to go on line and check out and we were jot informed of how to do so. I reported this immediately to your company and it should be in the file. Also we were double charged and we are denying this. no reason why as well as charged for miles and don't know why as we were quoted 19.95 per day and we sued it from 7 am to 5:30 pm returning it early.david W.
