The two guys at Jeffcoat’s were so friendly, and our experience with them was great. But U-Haul in general needs to do better about their truck availability, especially for folks who make reservations. We reserved a 10’ truck, two dollies, and furniture pads for 12 pm. U-Haul sent us to three different locations before we even found a truck, and by that time it was 2 pm. I don’t blame the gentleman at Jeffcoat’s, but we should’ve had the supplies we requested, as we requested everything days in advance. Made for a very stressful moving day.

Truck was good enough. Reservation was for a place 3 minutes from our house when we went to pick it up they said reservation had been moved to this location which was 30 minutes from our house. It was after hours of the garage closing and key was not in the place specified. We had to call UHaul and they had to call someone to get us in truck. This took almost an hour. Not to mention the mileage we were charged for for a truck so far away
