The U-Haul was almost impossible to get out. I have photos of how poorly they are all parked. I almost had to call someone to come help me get it out because of how badly parked it was. I will never use Uhaul again. I set my reservation for North Ave in Athens Ga which was a mile from my daughter apartment. When I got there they said that corporate changed my pick up location to a town 20 miles away. I received no notification that my location changed. We lost the elevators reserved for a particular time because the whole experience of going to North ave location and then driving to and from Jefferson ga was over 2 hours. You guys will never get our service again and I plan on spreading the word.STEVEN L.

Don't over charge customers! I had one of the same uhauls 3 months ago and I only had to pay at the most 30-40 bucks. This time I was charged way more and on a weekday with less miles. I am extremely disappointed!!Daniel G.

What a horrible experience! After getting jerked around in Ohio over time and location and driving all over and out of our way, we finally get our u-haul. Dropping off was a nightmare in Georgia as well. Horrible hours for drop off, refused us after hours drop off. Finally said okay, then the gate code they gave didn't work. I had to load up my sick child today and return it myself so they didn't charge me another day. My husband couldn't do it on account of work. I tried to return it and owner wasn't real nice and was mad I couldn't back it where he wanted it. I could barely drive forward with it but couldn't afford to pay for it another day.Matthew K.
I will never rent one of the trucks again mostly because of price $915 is insane. That's more that a truck payment uhaul is just getting to greedy . The truck did ok it only got 8.8 mpg a diesel would have done better. My Dodge 3500 did 18.5 mpg with the cummins on the same trip pulling a 24' enclosed trailer. The u haul trailer had rust holes in it. At least I got one that didn't have dry rotten tires.DAVID ALAN C.

Never actually saw the place open - just dropped off the truck at 3:45PM - the gate was closed. The next morning at 9:45AM I went back - the gate was closed again. I called the number and the people were very nice and helpful, but never really saw anyone face to face.ERIC N.
This location is HORRIBLE. They do not "tie into" your online reservation system. Therefore I had to do all of it over again once I got there. This place should not be allowed to rent UHaul equipment. It is a disgrace.Brian H.

This location is trying to charge $14 for additional fuel. The fuel gauge needle never moved down during the trip. I put 4.5 gallons in the truck before I returned the truck. The fuel gauge needle never moved up after fueling. I drove 44 miles. Gas is $2.08 today. How much is fuel marked up? 200%?BRANDON A.

I only received 1 phone call from this location, that was on Tuesday morning. The morning after the trailer was due back. When I called back, it took them forever to pull up my name and when they did, they weren't able to give me any specifics on where or when to return the trailer. I tried explaining to the clerk that I couldn't find anyone to work on the truck, and I would need to keep it past my return date. I asked if there was any concessions she could make considering my circumstance. She was very abrasive, stated no, it's policy and basically told me that was my problem, not hers. I returned it on Saturday, but the store hours at this location are not conducive to a working person. Open late, close early. I was not aware that my card would be charged the late fees as soon as the doors opened on Monday. I was under the impression, they would call and ask me to come by so we could do a walk around inspection and then they would ask how I would like to handle the late fees. The entire experience dealing with this depot location was short, unhelpful, and to be blunt. Basically un-professional in every aspect of the operation.BRANDON C.

Facility did not open in time. Facility had no computer so the manager was not aware of my reservation. Paperwork had to be faxed to UHAUL through another facility. Process took 1.25 hours resulting in unnecessary delay and time constraints for me.Gregory D.

Again, poor business practice. The Jefferson drop-off location was archaic. I'm certain the gentleman assisting me is pleasant, however his cubicle sized office lacked any accommodations of comfort to include air conditioning. Also the technological equipment used at this location was primitive by business standards. A 5 minute transaction took the better of 30 minutes and all so that I could receive a petty overage charge for mileage because I had to store my belongings a couple miles further away than I'd planned.
