Made arrangements 1 week in advance for one way drop off in another sate, for 3 days rental. Was quoted a price which was fine but day of pick up another person handled my pick up. That person didnt pull up my original arrangement and done paperwork for 1 day and return date the next day and returning vehicle to a local facility not another state as requested. I didnt notice the error until later that day. I then called them to correct the error but they weren't authorized to make changes and gave me a number to contact UHAUL . I did so and the nice lady from UHAUL corrected the error. But someone didnt inform the people of the change and then I got numerous text and calls from the drop off business about a late return. That thst corrected and a new drop off location was emailed to me. That location wasn't notified and when I dropped it of they couldn't accept the return without authorization so another call was made to correct that error. Finally got all straightened out and recieved my final bill which was paid. Just hope my final bill was correct and wasn't over charged for any late fees etc. My mistake was not paying attention to my original paperwork a d catching the error up front. I will still use UHAUL in the future but encourage everyone to read documents supplied to avoid problems.

Byron SI was charged with the insurance coverage fee by the front desk merchant when I know this is an optional add-on and when I made the reservation online, I specifically didn’t add that option. It was added on my the merchant without asking me, and when I asked about it upon returning the trailer, she said it’s not optional. I know this is optional because I’ve rented trailers many times. I want a refund.
