I had a pick up time of 9:00 am, got to the location, the door was locked with a sign saying they were on break. We waited until 9:30, finally was able to go in, worker didn't have paperwork ready had to call his boss to even know what to do. Finally gave us a key to truck but gave us wrong key went back in and he threw the key accross the counter to us. We called corporate office and all they would do is let us keep the truck with no time limit to return. Won't be renting U-Haul againKelly M.

Person in the gas station said he knew nothing about the u haul. After waiting on the phone on hold for over an hour with U-Haul finally got to talk to someone who didn't know what to tell us to do. After raising a fuss for the fifth time and threatening to call his supervisor the man in the station miraculously know what to do and where the key was.Sheila L.

dealer did not issue the $50 discount we were supposed to get and then overcharged us by $45 as well. He lied and said they would take the discount off at the drop off location, but then charged our credit card anyway. It was a gas station with a restaurant inside that 2 employees were trying to run it all. The inside of the truck was a mess, and I took pictures and brought them back inside to show him that it was a mess and I would not pay for it. He sId that it would be fine when I dropped it off. The guy that runs the store was extremely rude. He also refused to let me decline the coverage and charged me for it anyways. He called me a liar when i told him the truck did not have a full tank of gas prior to me leaving with it and threatened to cancel the truck because i ask him to come look at the gas level. I will never return to the locationCorless D.

The person running the store was a complete jerk. I asked for a specific piece of equipment to rent and I called the night before and was told it was there for me. When I showed up the equipment was not there and never was. When I was charged for a higher price for a different type of equipment I asked about that and he said it was not his problem. He said for me to take that up with Uhaul that it was their problem. This store is a complete joke.Donald E.

I used the U Haul app to schedule a 26 foot moving truck. When I arrived on 8/10/19, I was told the â€œguy on the night shiftâ€ had already rented the 26 foot, even though i had already scheduled it and the app said it was ready for pick up at 9:00 am. Instead we were given the only other truck there, a 20 foot. The guy working (Luxury? ) did apologize and take $10 off. But being forced to use a smaller truck made us take an additional trip and use up more time and money. I would recommend this location actually give paying customers what they asked for.Elizabeth L.
I would like to see the trucks with lower steps maybe 1 or 2 to be able access the truck. It was very difficult to get in even with a step stool. I personally won't be using u-haul again because of this problem.Cheryl C.
The trailer was not at the location i was told it would be. I had to drive 20 mins to and from the new location and it took a long time to process the pickup. Also my drop off location of choice could not be input correctly for some reason. Had to drive to a drop off further than the closest to home. I made this reservation a couple months in advance. There was no truck ready at the location I reserved it for. The extra miles put me over my limit.. By the time I received the truck, my help needed to leave, which put me over a day, adding $40. The hand truck explicitly said $10 on it, yet I was charged $20. The door to the trailer was somewhat bent and hard to open. I had to attach the trailer to the truck myself. Sales clerk pointed out the trailer and went back inside the store. Previous uses of Uhaul, the sales person assured that the hookup and wiring were all correct before I left the location. Checkin and checkout went smoothly.terry G.

I had reserved the equipment online and had selected the location in Washington Court House as the preferred pickup location. I was not notified at that time or until I called to verify the day before I was to pick up the equipment that it was not at that location but at a location 10 miles away. I received no notification from Uhaul that the equipment was not available at my preferred pickup location either through email or phone. This caused some issues in the pick up of the equipment and the timing to do so.Robert H.

I would say just really nothing to improve, it is inside a shell station, so the main cashier could be busy trying to tend to customers and get the uhaul order finished, but really it is such a good system and the trucks drive like butter.Martin G.

My husband and I booked a 20' U-Haul. When we got to the pick-up location, the only one they had was a 15' which was way too small for the things we needed to move AND it ended up costing us the same amount of money!!!! I have always used U-Haul when moving and every location has always given a certain amount of "free" miles. This location charged for every mile and we were told the insurance to cover the vehicle was $14.00. We were charged $42.00. I will NEVER rent U-Haul from this location again!KATHRYN N.

What you can do to improve for the next customer would be to let them know that the cost isn't what is stated on the advertising sign. The sign said 39.95. I told the gentleman that I was taking the Uhaul to Washington Court House and back and he said that would be fine. When I reserved the Uhaul, there was a pre-authorization of $80.16 on my card. I assumed it was for a deposit plus the Uhaul fee. When I took the Uhaul back, I put $8.50 of gas in it to fill it back up. I drove it 29.3 miles, I believe and I was charged an extra $29 and some change because I went over 20 miles. I was very disappointed with the price that ended up to be $90 and some change plus an extra 8.50 for gas. When a customer isn't given the "extra cost" information, it can result in that customer obtaining services elsewhere. Thank you and have a wonderful day. When i got the truck it was on 3/4 tank. When i was done worh the truck it had more than 1/2 tank of gas. Filled it back to 3/4 tank like i was supposed to. The guy at the gas station said to fill it up. Ummmm....no!!! It was not full when i got it. Long story short they charged me $60 for gas!!! Horrible service and i will never go there again!!!!
