The truck smelled like someone smoked weed in it and there was a mystery fluid on the passenger floor. It was the only place to get a long distance (non in town) or i would have gone elsewhere.

Craig LWhen i got the truck there was a small amount of dried mud on the driver side floor. Then when we got to the moving location and opened the back door of the truck, it was full of dried mud. We had to sweep out the loose mud so my things wouldn't get ruined. When I returned the truck, I got charged a $25 cleaning fee for a mess that wasn't even mine. If this issue isnt taken care of, I will never rent from U haul again. Ive rented a few times before and never had any issues.
Lisa CThere was no windshield wipers on the moving van just the metal could not clean the windows. Thankful it wasnt raining or snowing. But over all it was an easy process to rent and pickup was quick. We will rent from there in the future.
