Leah CapozziUhaul central screwed us royally. This location made up for the national Uhaul’s errors many times over. Never trust the website or “Traffic “. Unless there are places like Jeffreys, I would never rent from Uhaul again. If I need a truck again, I will go to Jeffery’s directly.
Howard SweeneyThe advertised equipment was not fully provided. I also booked for the 401 location and it diverted to the 39 location. I was supposed to be provided with an appliance dolly and was not informed until I arrived for pickup that one was not available. I needed to move a safe and the regular dolly while we were able to get the safe in fell on me 2x trying to get it in. I’m not happy with the service from uhaul in this event and it was frankly the most stressful part of the entire move.
Brandon LeeWe received it with gas filled from what they said at 7/8 tank. We only drove about 80 miles. We put about $25 in before returning. They then charged us another $33 for gas. So $58 for gas to go 80 miles.

Jerry SmithOnly thing I can think of is reassure customer of any warning ⚠️ lights that may or may not be significant if they are currently known to be “on” BEFORE customer leaves the facility. Otherwise, staff was extremely accommodating & friendly.
Clevie EvansThey did not have their Furniture pads as I had requested so I had to drive to a different location to get those. In the back of the truck was a utility Dolly which I did not request. So the improvements I would suggest is that when you expect to pick up supplies and location they are in stock and the customer doesn't have to drive to another location to get them.

Tavia JohnsonMy overall experience with Uhaul was horrible!!! I would not recommend a friend nor will I use their services again. The customer service at Jeffrey's was ok... their genuinely nice ppl. After I collected this vehicle it was changed due to Uhaul recommendations. Ok during my journey I got a flat ok I saw it as nothing so I inflated the tyre and continued. Then on my next stop it was low again called roadside assistance and they sent someone to change tyre... On our way now we saw a truck driver signaling us to pull over. When we did the tyre was blown out and sparking fire so we pulled aside. Called roadside assistance again... forgot to mention it takes forever to get someone on the line. But the ladies were very helpful and patient. Then after that ordeal the tyre blew out yet again... the frustration was over the fence... but safety was number 1 priority after the tyre was changed we arrived at the destination safely. Now today 6/5/2019...I return my vehicle at Westchesterfield... as soon as I arrive the hostility was evident.. KEYS!! the lady came out and shouted... gave her realize o forgot to put in gas went put in gas and came back....A guy came out KEYS!! Walked off and checked the vehicle said nothing else... then saw a charge on my card for $6.80???????? Called them and asked what was the charge for my gas was not on the mark... talk about unfairness...I told the lady I literally did that just now she kept on saying I didn't. Tried to explain to her realize the responses were blank... she left while I was talking and hand the phone to a guy... RUDENESS, UNPROFESSIONALISM AND NO MORALS OR MANNERS... horrible...I would not recommend or use this place. Let me see how considerate they are for the inconvenience and ill treatment...

Michelle KotkeMy experience went well. Uhaul, you really need a jack on a trailer this heavy. It was difficult to pick it up and put it on my hitch. I did have to drive 18 miles to pick it up.
