My overall experience with Uhaul was horrible!!! I would not recommend a friend nor will I use their services again. The customer service at Jeffrey's was ok... their genuinely nice ppl. After I collected this vehicle it was changed due to Uhaul recommendations. Ok during my journey I got a flat ok I saw it as nothing so I inflated the tyre and continued. Then on my next stop it was low again called roadside assistance and they sent someone to change tyre... On our way now we saw a truck driver signaling us to pull over. When we did the tyre was blown out and sparking fire so we pulled aside. Called roadside assistance again... forgot to mention it takes forever to get someone on the line. But the ladies were very helpful and patient. Then after that ordeal the tyre blew out yet again... the frustration was over the fence... but safety was number 1 priority after the tyre was changed we arrived at the destination safely. Now today 6/5/2019...I return my vehicle at Westchesterfield... as soon as I arrive the hostility was evident.. KEYS!! the lady came out and shouted... gave her realize o forgot to put in gas went put in gas and came back....A guy came out KEYS!! Walked off and checked the vehicle said nothing else... then saw a charge on my card for $6.80???????? Called them and asked what was the charge for my gas was not on the mark... talk about unfairness...I told the lady I literally did that just now she kept on saying I didn't. Tried to explain to her realize the responses were blank... she left while I was talking and hand the phone to a guy... RUDENESS, UNPROFESSIONALISM AND NO MORALS OR MANNERS... horrible...I would not recommend or use this place. Let me see how considerate they are for the inconvenience and ill treatment...

My experience went well. Uhaul, you really need a jack on a trailer this heavy. It was difficult to pick it up and put it on my hitch. I did have to drive 18 miles to pick it up.

The car dolly lights did not work . Due to the wires were not connected inside the lights. The straps are very worn and need replaced.

The lady at Jeffrey's that I rented the trailer from was very nice and helpful. A different lady was there for my check in upon return. She was very nice as well. I will use them again, and would highly recommend this location.

we ordered blankets and dollies on line and this location did not have them. He did locate them at a different location and did not charge us for them but it was inconvinent. the web site does not send all info to the rental sites ad this is something that needs work. Website should be able to say what each location has available.

I turned in the equipment, but with no storage unit. I had a box sping and bed. No where to place correctly and where to place arrivals. Please do not charge me for a storage unit

Only issue was there was no one there that could check me in and help unhook the the trailer when in dropped the trailer off on Sun., 4/15/18. @ 1:20 pm. Even though they were open. The lady was very nice, made me a copy of my paperwork, and said someone would call me on Mon., 4/16/18 to go over it with me.

I asked the nice guy who do I call to complain about the pick up location. He asked what was wrong and immediately understood and said the trailer was very old and difficult to use as all the parts didn’t move well. He reimbursed me $50 back and I was grateful. I’ve used uhaul on every move over the past 5 years. That’s 5 times. This was not a great rental for me. And makes me cautious moving forward. However I’m glad this place seems to understand guest relations and service. GREAT JOB HERE!!

The clerk was extremely pleasant and helpful. The only issue I have is the "safe tow" charge on my bill. I was never told nor did I want any kind of insurance as my auto policy covers towed vehicles. The clerk told me that all towed vehicles have that charge and she was not able to remove it from my bill as the computer would not allow it. This to me is nothing short of a money making scam for UHaul as I was NEVER told anything about this charge when I called the toll free number to reserve the trailer. Who do I contact at UHaul corporate to have the 8.00 reversed on my bill as this charge was NEVER discussed or agreed upon. I look forward to your prompt response.

It was a long process renting the truck. I gave all my information over the phone on 2 separate occasions. the morning I picked the truck up I had to give everything two more times. When confirming over the phone with the dealer, the person I spoke with read my credit card number out loud 3 times while they were working on the register helping customers. When I spoke with the manager, I told him my concern about reading my card out in front of customers. He said he prayed know one got the number. I called and cancelled my card that evening. When we returned the truck at 8pm the same evening, we were told the Uhaul area was closed. The next morning we received a call that we owed $35. Well, I can't pay it because now I don't have a card and we moved an hour away. I would NOT recommend this dealer.

The rental location was fine. Staff was very pleasant. However the overall experience with being able to finally pick up my truck was horrible. My reservations were changed to three different locations without prior knowledge. I showed up at my reserved time for the second location and there still was no truck. I ended up having to go almost an hour from my home to pick up a truck and then spent the next 30 minutes on the phone arguing about additional mileage for my inconvenience. I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 8:30 but did not get a truck until 1130am. Which put me behind schedule with movers that I had to pay. My experience was NOT a good one.

Truck was not maintained. ac did not work while I was stuck in traffic. wiper fluid did not work. Truck shuddered when in stop and go traffic. brakes stealing. overall miserable experience compared to my other rentals
