You're better off renting from literally anywhere else. Honestly, I'd rather walk my furniture next time instead of having to deal with the below average IQ folks who work at this location. When I first went to pick up the truck, the first guy didn't even know the combination of the lock to the back of the truck, so I had to wait for him to figure that out. Great start there. The day went by fine, I moved all my stuff, dropped the truck off and the guy at the desk just took the key and that was it. Shortly after that I receive my receipt by email, which had a $48 charge attached for missing furniture, because these lazy workers couldn't even be bothered to check the back of the truck properly. I called these guys FOUR times over the course of roughly 24 hours. Every single time I had to explain myself again. Every single time they said they'd have to make a phone call and they'd call me back. NOT ONCE did they return my calls. I had to call them back every. single. time. And every single time I called, it's clear these idiots didn't even know what I was talking about because they still charged me the full amount even after I stated I needed the $48 refund. I called U-Haul corporate after the phone call with the 4th goof, and she was finally able to get me my refund which turned out to be $54 worth. They also tried to tell me 6 miles was equivalent to 31KM. LOL, get real. I've never had such a miserable experience with any customer facing business, and I will NEVER go back to this place. I told Uhaul that they should pass this information to the area manager, and I hope you guys lose your ability to rent Uhauls after this. One of the lowest rated ones in town, and it's no surprise.

You over charged me for helping You out by getting the truck from a different agent. Not impressed at all. Uhaul over charged me over $20 for doing you a favor. I'll pass it on to my friends.!!!!

When I arrived before 9 the employee was just arriving. It appeared he forgot his key so had to call someone. Someone finally arrived at 9:10 to let him in. The process for registering took what seemed like a long time. I finally got out of there at 9:30. The windshield was frosted over even though the employee had started truck. The defrost wasn’t working. I had to scrape the frost with the scraper from my vehicle. About an hour later the fan and defrost started working. The employee was very nice but the delays weren’t. Don’t want anything bad to happen to employee. But forgetting key seems strange. Anyway got through the day and everything worked finally. I am waiting for credit on my visa as I didn’t drive the amount of mileage I was billed for originally.
