When I arrived before 9 the employee was just arriving. It appeared he forgot his key so had to call someone. Someone finally arrived at 9:10 to let him in. The process for registering took what seemed like a long time. I finally got out of there at 9:30. The windshield was frosted over even though the employee had started truck. The defrost wasn’t working. I had to scrape the frost with the scraper from my vehicle. About an hour later the fan and defrost started working. The employee was very nice but the delays weren’t. Don’t want anything bad to happen to employee. But forgetting key seems strange. Anyway got through the day and everything worked finally. I am waiting for credit on my visa as I didn’t drive the amount of mileage I was billed for originally.
