After the first reservation wasn’t at the location sent to me they sent me to this place. Drive around the building. Walked into stores asking if this was a U-Haul. Notta Found a number on a billboard by the only truck they had there. Called, no answer, called again, no answer. Finally got in touch over the phone deal. Gave me a combination to a lock box to get the key. Just a little Sketchy No problems in the end
