Paul was extremely helpful. It was a difficult day due to the torrential down pouring of rain all afternoon into evening. He made my pick up and drop off super easy. I will definately refer persons to this location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI went to the wrong location, unbeknownst to me, until I called the number on the lockbox. The call was received quickly and the rep remained on the phone until I reached the correct location. The process was simple and painless. I would rent from this location again.
Cynthia WEquipment was not there
Karen SI reserved a truck from a location close to me, but when I got there the location had been changed to one 13 miles away. I finally found the place and clicked on Pick Up. It was not the 10 ft truck I reserved, but a 15 ft, which had no ramp. I had to pay more than expected for a truck I did not reserve.
Aharon Yjust location was issue , maybe in customers receipt should leave exact location when picking up trailers since actual person won't be present . let customer know that someone won't be present
