Hard to find drop off. Really no one there. Phone everything in. My wife called first and the Rep was rude and snappy. When I called she was quick to tell me what to do. I had to figure out where to park the trailer. Thank you was never heard. It looks like I also had an extra charge on my card from them. Still working on that.

Nice people, a little odd since it was just a drop off space (no live people, all contact via the phone) which I didn’t know initially. Now I know and Beth and Mike were very helpful through the process.
jeff bBehind a small strip mall, in an isolated area. The trailer was in poor condition, but I was time constrained and had little choice but to accept it. The trailer vibrated badly at highway speed, shaking my tow vehicle. Upon turning it in to the U-Haul dealer in Green Bay, the technician told me that the wheel bearings were severely worn and the source of the vibration.

Dale BSo I rented out the truck as I started to drive off all of a sudden I heard banging from the back of the U-Haul there was a homeless person living in there so if anybody is going to rent a U-Haul please open up the back of the and check. I was very scared. He got out with all his stuff I called the U-Haul place to let them know about the situation and all they said was I'm sorry. Very disappointed in their response they should have given me like a discount or something for my trouble. I will not be renting from this particular U-Haul place where I got it. But as far as the use of it very handy easy driving. Got my stuff done that I needed to get done and gave it back.
Shelley WAfter the first reservation wasn’t at the location sent to me they sent me to this place. Drive around the building. Walked into stores asking if this was a U-Haul. Notta Found a number on a billboard by the only truck they had there. Called, no answer, called again, no answer. Finally got in touch over the phone deal. Gave me a combination to a lock box to get the key. Just a little Sketchy No problems in the end
