I entered the front door and was sent down the hallway and through the garage to see Gary. Gary was apparently a mechanic, because he said he would be with me in a minute, while he continued to do some electrical work on a mini van for another 10-12 minutes. I was advised to use the link to do after hours drop off, and attempted to use the link when I dropped it off. The app/link would not recognize my location, even though my phone was set to allow them my location. Since the Uhaul link wouldn't work, they charged an additional $20 feeJAMES JEFFREY M.

I was charged at the drop off point for damage that was there when I picked the truck up. I even discussed it with the place I picked the truck up from. This is complete bull shit. Even if it was me who did it I paid the extra for insurance what is the point of insurance if you just charge me any ways. This company is a scam and I will be reporting Uhaul to BBBRaymond D.

I'm very disappointed in your reservation office I had an appointment for pickup at 13 and Ryan at 2 pm and they did not have a trailer. The staff at this location could have cared less and I had to wait for approx a half hour while they tried to call your location ( how stupid that your service locations don't have a direct line to call in) this cost me time and gas money to drive all the way to Casco Mi to pick up a trailer. 1/4 tank of gas. In the future I doubt if I will ever rent from U-haul again. Very poor dispatch serviceJOHNCHARLES O.

Console, arm rests and steering wheel were sticky and dirty. There was dirt in the seat. Though I wouldn't expect the truck to be spic and span clean, I would think that a quick once over to be sure it was not nasty prior to next customer would be nice. This definitely proved truck was not cleaned with Covid issues in mind.MYLES CARSON B.

I was sent a damage equipment report # 01859663-2020. The 20' uhaul had this damage on it when I picked it up from the Roseville location. I have used uhaul a couple of times but I believe this will be my last time due to this incident.Jeremy W.
