Gurdeep SThere was a problem with the van that was set aside for my rental…the agent could not complete the rental as it was classed as ‘unavailable’. He had to switch vans and we got one that didn’t have a remote door lock, was dirty inside and had two large cracks in the windshield. Better tracking and classification of rentals would help.
Moira BDo not have the option on the website to pick up a vehicle before/after hours if the location does not have that option available. I showed up an hour before they were opened because the website I booked from said that was an option, when it was not.

Chidubem OTire pressure was low on two tires. Also, gas tank could not have been full when I picked it up. Despite driving just 24k, I put 10 litres of fuel in the vehicle without the tank being filled - but gas gauge showed more than full throughout my use of the vehicle.
Stephen DEasy check-in and check-out. Picked up the truck, finished my errands, refueled, and returned it without any problems. Very straightforward.
