I was charged for cleaning even if the truck was very dirty up on pick up The app is really bad did not work could not take pictures and upload.

Gurdeep SThere was a problem with the van that was set aside for my rental…the agent could not complete the rental as it was classed as ‘unavailable’. He had to switch vans and we got one that didn’t have a remote door lock, was dirty inside and had two large cracks in the windshield. Better tracking and classification of rentals would help.
