Doug KHave the trailers that a person reserves. I first had a trailer reserved rather close to me, then a substitute was offered when I went to check in online, which didn't work for me, I needed a 6x12 with a ramp. Then I reserved on that was another 20 miles away and an hour before pickup, I was called and notified that the trailer was not available and I needed to drive a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes each way to pick up the trailer, which was a tremendous inconvenience.

Thomas KI reserved a truck and an appliance dolly and when my guys went to pick up the truck, they were told that they didn't have any dollies available. If we knew, they could have made arrangements to get one somewhere else. They had to move a lot of very heavy desks and credenzas without the dolly. Also, I reserved a dozen moving blankets and they were only given 8.

Robert TThe trailer I was given had three almost bald tires, one of which had a cut in it. A frame support diagonal was bent. All your rental equipment SHOULD be inspected before being given to a customer to use. I was driving from Fort Myers FL to North Ridgeville OH. ThT is a long way to travel worrying if the rental equipment you were given will make it.

Andrea BFriendly & efficient but did not enter the specific return address to Hilltop automotive which I had given them (Hilltop automotive's business card). I called the 888 number. Immediately upon answering, the agent had all information about this rental agreement & within ! minute the agent sent a text confirming drop-off location at Hilltop. I am highly impressed by her efficiency. Kudos to all!

Jerry NThe pricing on renting a trailer over the last five years has gone up a lot. It is so expensive now that I could buy a new trailer for the cost of about 2 to 3 trips. You are pricing yourself out of existence.
