Not location UHaul said to take it to. Turned out location I was told to take it to does not do trailers. Once again not professional.

TAWNIA EThe U-Haul guys didn’t came thrue this time someon mixed up some Think I had to pay double for the truck I had to whait 7 days to get my money back it wasent my mistake but there were no help from any part my bank or U-Haul Ofice people it was very frustrating plus the equipment has no maintenance The tire blew after driving 2 h on the road then I had to sit scared on the side of the road for like 5 h rediculus but whatever it is what it is ooo and plus when I picked up 15 f truck ended up be to small I called the same day and you guys charged me 200$ for the night any way rediculus !!!
MICHAL PThey meset up my reservation I had to pay 2wice for the U-Haul I moved to fl from pa and still didn’t receive refound for the first truck that hilded the money it’s rediculus and in a hard times like that nobody really care to help they told me that I’m not picking up the truck the day I had to move out then the tire blew up on the trailer I was strangled on the side of the busy interstate only waited for the U-Haul people to change it like 5 hours not bad
MICHAL PMy vehicle had difficulties with the breaking system. I don’t know if it was maintenance or what that would be the only thing that I would tell people to look out for, but I don’t know if that is Jerry‘s tire’s fault or someone else’s the staff is just amazing there. They’re so friendly and helpful.
