The workers were terrific. Everything was simple for me. They brought the truck up to the door with the AC running and made sure I had all the paperwork in order.

U-Haul customer service was excellent! The location was below average. rented and brought back same day. I was charged extra days. I think the issue is with this location there is only one person that does the U-Haul. He wasn't there first thing in the morning and was not there to check the truck in when it was brought back. That is the reason for the extra days that I was charged.

Douglas CI had to attached and detached the trailer by myself. They just told me to stop by the front office to get some pics.
