Jerry needs to abide by the reservation that was made. I made the reservation for 1 day, 3pm to 3pm. He doesn't let you know that he changes the return time to 12pm. Luckily I returned it a few minutes after 12 and he didn't charge me another days rate. I could see how this could cause issues.
