I was met by an employee as soon as I pulled in the parking lot who made sure everything went well and took the equipment from me immediately for check in.

The staff were very kind and easy to work with. However I had originally scheduled to pick up truck in the town closer to where I live. I had to drive an additional 25 miles one way to get truck and 25 miles to return truck. After I returned the next day I recurved a bill for an extra 19 miles from what I figured. ( which would not have been the case if I picked up where I requested it). I also was told to return truck with 5/8 tank of gas. Which I did and then also got charged $40 some dollars for more gas. Over all my bill went up none of which was my fault. Again the staff was very friendly and I would recommend location however unhappy with additional charges that were not my foing.

Delia CWe rented the 6 x 12 trailer because we were picking up an ATV but was disappointed when we got there to find out that the back ramp was not 6 feet wide. We literally had a half an inch on each side of the ATV to get it on the ramp. It would be nice to disclose this in your description.

RONALD FI’d like to know the reason for the return date on my receipt being incorrect. I had a two day rental but actually returned the unit at 1:15 pm on Aug 14 2025. The return was logged at 3:57 pm on Aug 15 2025. That is unprofessional in my opinion and the unit should be checked in promptly upon return. George CLarge trailers need jack stand to raise the trailer tongue to prevent injuries from lifting the heavy tongue.
VERNON EMary was great for the reservation and pick-up processes. Drop-off was another story. The lady was curt and unhelpful, not wanting to give me the time of day.

Robert MDuring this rental, I dropped the trailer at the location i was directed to, 3500 S. Sheridan Tulsa, OK. Yet I was charged for a wrong drop off location. I believe I should be refunded, for this charge. I have rented from U-Haul on several occasions over the past years and may need to consider another rental company, unless reimbursed for this erroneous charge.
