The reason I would not recommend this location is they do NOT have any accessories like hand truck, dollies and blankets like the site said. Their fault or U Hauls fault it doesn't matter. Either supply them with the proper equipment if they are going to be a U Haul dealer or make sure they acquire that stuff if it's on them before attaching the U Haul name to that location. The staff there was great but the accessories are a HUGE part of moving and most people don't generally have that stuff at home. I had to buy those items adding much more to my move that I didn't plan to. The staff at the facility were very friendly, it all comes down to the equipment and when you "reserve" stuff you expect to have it on moving day.

This location has been a nightmare since i dropped off the equipment well over a week ago. They added on stuff to my bill that I denied, they took days to get that figured out, and then when I contacted about my finalized receipt, they said that it was already closed out at over double the mileage that I actually used. I am not a fan of this location and I will not recommend this location to anyone. Still to this day (almost 2 weeks after my rental) i have not seen an update to my bank account for the unused mileage, on the plus side, I do have the updated receipt

The seat slanted to the left leaning while driving and the low air tire left rear light was on and I was told it was OK to drive that it was just the light not working proper. Customer service was very friendly and helpful... the truck tho was disappointing
