The gas tank was not completely full, but just under the fill line. There was no way to indicate this on the site that had me take photos of the outside of the vehicle. When I would attempt to click the "no" button on that question, it would not allow me to do so, so I clicked "yes" to be on my way since I was on a timeline that day. Afterwards, I filled the tank. I only drove 30 miles, but had to put in 6.4 gallons of gasoline, which was over $25. I did not use 6.4 gallons of gasoline, so I was paying for someone else who had not filled the tank before returning the vehicle. If I used this location again, I would not accept this and would make sure they filled it before using it myself.

When I book a vehicle have it - don't move into a different vehicle that is worse on gas and cost even more money.

Luke CThe reason I would not recommend this location is they do NOT have any accessories like hand truck, dollies and blankets like the site said. Their fault or U Hauls fault it doesn't matter. Either supply them with the proper equipment if they are going to be a U Haul dealer or make sure they acquire that stuff if it's on them before attaching the U Haul name to that location. The staff there was great but the accessories are a HUGE part of moving and most people don't generally have that stuff at home. I had to buy those items adding much more to my move that I didn't plan to. The staff at the facility were very friendly, it all comes down to the equipment and when you "reserve" stuff you expect to have it on moving day.
